Primary and Backup Sump Pumps

Finishing a basement without a reliable sump pump will likely result in future flooding and damage. In addition, a battery backup sump pump system should always accomodate the primary sump pump for when power failures occur. Ensuring that a fully finished basement or a pre-finished basement includes a reliable sump pump and backup system is a preventative measure in reducing the chance of future flooding.
