Foundation Crack Repair Epoxy Injection Materials
When epoxy adheres to concrete, it creates a bond that is stronger than the foundation, providing for a completely sealed waterproof structure. Emecole manufacturers a complete line of multi-viscosity epoxy resins for the repair of poured concrete foundation cracks, packaged in dual cartridges (view illustration).
Emecole 121 (multi-viscosities)
Several viscosities. Thickens quickly within the crack to prevent material loss out the back the foundation crack. For structural repair of concrete cracks, monolithic restoration of delaminated concrete or grouting material. Unlike other epoxy formulations, this innovative product is suitable for curing at temperatures as low as 32 degrees F.
Emecole 101 (multi-viscosities)
Several viscosities. For structural repair of concrete cracks (including hairlines), monolithic restoration of delaminated concrete or (when mixed with aggregate) routing material.
Emecole 40
For very low viscosity (similar to water) for gravity feeding or low-pressure injection. This resin is insensitive to the pressure of water, allowing application to damp or wet concrete surfaces.
