Polyurethane Foam Injection Materials for Foundation Crack Repair
Generally recommended for non-structural poured foundation cracks, typically, wet and leaking concrete cracks.
Emecole 100
Hydrophobic polyurethane liquid which is designed to stop water infiltration or exhilaration. When compared with other hydrophobic foams, it is much lower in viscosity and especially suitable in tighter foundation crack situations.
Emecole 102
Used to repair leaking foundation wall cracks in basements and crawl spaces, as well as for tunnels, manholes, sewer lines, concrete dams and parking decks. Very flexible; used when expansion and contraction is necessary.
Emecole 104
Tough, adhering foam capable of withstanding thermal cycles and crack movement. Recommended for applications where the foundation crack will not excessively restrict the entry of the system into the wall crack.
Emecole 105
Well-suited for tight concrete cracks. Tough, adhering foam capable of withstanding thermal cycles and crack movement. Product does not shrink after foaming.
Emecole 120
Structural urethane foam. Expands up to six times its volume, suitable for the repair of structural foundation cracks with use of carbon fiber staples.
Epoxy Injection Materials for Foundation Crack Repair
Generally recommended for structural poured foundation cracks.
Emecole 121 (multi-viscosities)
Several viscosities. Thickens quickly within the crack to prevent material loss out the back the foundation crack. For structural repair of concrete cracks, monolithic restoration of delaminated concrete or grouting material. Unlike other epoxy formulations, this innovative product is suitable for curing at temperatures as low as 32 degrees F.
Emecole 101 (multi-viscosities)
Several viscosities. For structural repair of concrete cracks (including hairlines), monolithic restoration of delaminated concrete or (when mixed with aggregate) routing material.
Emecole 40
For very low viscosity (similar to water) for gravity feeding or low-pressure injection. This resin is insensitive to the pressure of water, allowing application to damp or wet concrete surfaces.
Surface Seals & Port Adhesive Materials for Foundation Crack Repair
To adhere surface ports to foundation wall; cover the entire crack with surface seal to prevent injection material (epoxy or polyurethane foam) from leaking.
Emecole 301
Very rapid curing, low odor, solvent-free, moisture insensitive epoxy surface sealing adhesive. Time to injection - 30 minutes.
Emecole 302
A two-component, 1:1 ratio, 100% solids epoxy-based adhesive for use as a rapid developing high strength surface sealer. Time to injection - 20 minutes.
Emecole 322
Emecole's Seal-n-Peel Surface Seal is a no odor, fast curing removable surface sealer that easily peels from concrete walls without the extra work of chipping or grinding.
Emecole 455 Fast
A very fast setting, no odor polyurethane adhesive system especially suited to bonding dissimilar materials, such as concrete, plastic and metal. This product has outstanding cured strength; not recommended when removal is required. Time to injection - 15 minutes.
Emecole 455 Slow
A no odor polyurethane adhesive system especially suited to bonding dissimilar materials, i.e. concrete, plastic; metal and plastic.
Time to injection - 45 minutes.
Emecole 901
Slow setting surface sealer. Meets ASTM C-881 finished product specifications. Excellent for bonding misc. materials to concrete. Time to injection - 2 hours.
Dispensing Materials for Repairing Concrete Floor Cracks
Produced specifically for the repair of concrete floors for basements, crawl spaces, garages and warehouses, as well as concrete slabs for patios, driveways and swimming pool decks.
Emecole 40
For very low viscosity (similar to water) for gravity feeding or low-pressure injection. This resin is insensitive to the pressure of water, allowing application to damp or wet concrete surfaces.
Emecole 300 HM THIXO-Gel
An epoxy gel suitable for adding fillers (such as sand and aggregate) in the field. Develops high strength for grouting dowels, for sealing cracks, honeycomb, tie rods and for vertical and overhead repairs of structural concrete.
Emecole 555
A fast setting polyurea designated specifically for concrete floors and slab cracks. Cures in 20 minutes for overlays or coatings. Especially useful for when low turnaround times are advantageous.
Emecole RS-88
A heavy duty rapid setting polyurea; cures to a hard rubber-like material. Fills and protects joints in industrial concrete floors.
Indoor Air Quality Control Specialty Products
A deep-penetrating sodium silicate concrete sealer that retards humidity and radon gas from passing through porous concrete; applied on either poured foundations or concrete block.
RadonShield
Seal cove joints and concrete floor cracks from radon gas and soil gases. Suitable for damp or dry floors.
