Crack Injection Polyurethanes & Epoxies

Low Pressure Injection Materials

Epoxies and polyurethanes formulated for low pressure injection. Packaged in dual cartridges tube sets. The most cost-effective and time-efficient process for repairing cracks in poured foundation walls.

High Pressure Injection Polyurethanes

High pressure polyurethanes packaged in one or five gallon pails. For poured concrete applications involving very thick-walled structures (i.e. dams) or very long cracks (i.e. bridges and highways).

All Voids in Cracks Completely Filled

The crack injection repair process allows for cracks to be completely filled, providing a permanent stopgap for water and soil gases. Results in satisfied end users and less call backs.

Product Expertise & Support

As the product developer and manufacturer, we have the expertise to provide the most reliable technical support. Our material cartridges and pails are filled on-site at Emecole Metro and ship direct.

Low Pressure Crack Injection Materials

Polyurethane and epoxy materials formulated for low pressure crack injection. Packaged in dual tube sets.

102 Premium Foundation Crack Repair Polyurethane Injection Material

Emecole Metro 102 Premium Polyurethane

Our most popular injection material option. Primarily used for repairing common wet and leaking cracks that are non-structural. It’s high expansion rate of up to 20 times makes it the most user-friendly option for filling cracks that are prone to leaking water. Its added flexibility allows for natural foundation movement without losing the bond,  resulting in a flexible watertight repair.

Structural Polyurethane for Cracks and Pipe Penetrations

Emecole Metro 120 Structural Reinforcement Polyurethane

Our polyurethane option for repairing structural foundation cracks and pipe penetrations. This high strength and non-flexible polyurethane has an expansion of up to six times, resulting in a strong watertight repair. May be used with Carbon Fiber Staples to provide further reinforcement for crack repairs in foundations where active movement is occurring.

Emecole Metro 121 Foundation Crack Repair Fast Curing Epoxy

Emecole Metro 121 Premium Fast Curing Epoxy

Our most popular and strongest injection material for repairing structural foundation cracks.  Our most advanced epoxy selection due to it’s ability to rapidly thicken within minutes, minimizing loss of material into the soil. Its added strength fuses cracks back together, providing an extremely strong watertight repair. May be used with Carbon Fiber Staples to provide further reinforcement for crack repairs in foundations where active movement is occurring.

Emecole Metro 101 Foundation Crack Repair Injection Epoxy

Emecole Metro 101 Original Epoxy

Our original epoxy formula for repairing structural cracks.  It’s added strength fuses cracks back together, providing a strong watertight repair.

Fast Foaming Polyurethane Foundation Crack Repair

Emecole Metro 104 Leak Stop Polyurethane

Fast reacting and immediate foaming polyurethane for use when there is an immediate need to stop an actively leaking crack. Because it will shrink over time, it is ideal for only temporarily stopping leaks before a full-on repair via injection.

Foundation Crack Repair 105 Injection Polyurethane

Emecole Metro 105 Original Polyurethane

Our original polyurethane formula. Its longer cure times allow for deeper penetration into cracks. Expands two to six times to fill cracks.

High Pressure Injection Materials

Polyurethanes formulated for high pressure crack injection. Packaged in one or five gallon pails.

Foundation Crack Repair High Pressure Injection Polyurethane Single Component

Emecole Metro 95 Premium Polyurethane

Single component polyurethane for high pressure injections. Does not require a catalyst, eliminating potential for human error. Its high expansion rate (up to 25 times) results in an effective non-shrink waterproofing barrier.

Foundation Crack Repair High Pressure Injection Polyurethane Two Component

Emecole Metro 100/800 Polyurethane & Catalyst

Two component polyurethane for high pressure injections. Requires use of a catalyst, which allows contractors to control its reaction time during injection. Its high expansion rate (up to 25 to 30 times) results in an effective non-shrink waterproofing barrier.

104 High Pressure Leak Stop Polyurethane Injection

Emecole Metro 104 Leak Stop Polyurethane

Single component fast reacting and immediate foaming high pressure injection polyurethane. Because it will shrink over time, it is ideal for only temporarily stopping leaks.

Emecole Metro 105 Original High Pressure Injection Polyurethane

Emecole Metro 105 Original Polyurethane

Single component high pressure injection polyurethane. Does not require a catayst. Expands two to six times during injection resulting in a waterproof barrier.
