High pressure polyurethanes packaged in one or five gallon pails. For poured concrete applications involving very thick-walled structures (i.e. dams) or very long cracks (i.e. bridges and highways).
The crack injection repair process allows for cracks to be completely filled, providing a permanent stopgap for water and soil gases. Results in satisfied end users and less call backs.
As the product developer and manufacturer, we have the expertise to provide the most reliable technical support. Our material cartridges and pails are filled on-site at Emecole Metro and ship direct.
Polyurethane and epoxy materials formulated for low pressure crack injection. Packaged in dual tube sets.
Our most popular injection material option. Primarily used for repairing common wet and leaking cracks that are non-structural. It’s high expansion rate of up to 20 times makes it the most user-friendly option for filling cracks that are prone to leaking water. Its added flexibility allows for natural foundation movement without losing the bond, resulting in a flexible watertight repair.
Our polyurethane option for repairing structural foundation cracks and pipe penetrations. This high strength and non-flexible polyurethane has an expansion of up to six times, resulting in a strong watertight repair. May be used with Carbon Fiber Staples to provide further reinforcement for crack repairs in foundations where active movement is occurring.
Our most popular and strongest injection material for repairing structural foundation cracks. Our most advanced epoxy selection due to it’s ability to rapidly thicken within minutes, minimizing loss of material into the soil. Its added strength fuses cracks back together, providing an extremely strong watertight repair. May be used with Carbon Fiber Staples to provide further reinforcement for crack repairs in foundations where active movement is occurring.
Polyurethanes formulated for high pressure crack injection. Packaged in one or five gallon pails.
Two component polyurethane for high pressure injections. Requires use of a catalyst, which allows contractors to control its reaction time during injection. Its high expansion rate (up to 25 to 30 times) results in an effective non-shrink waterproofing barrier.
