Emecole Metro sells direct. Products that are classified as contractor exclusive are available to contractors who have verified that they are associated with a licensed business. Our D-I-Y classified products are available to the general public with no restrictions.

A few exceptions do exist where some specific products, such as our concrete crack repair starter kits are available to both contractors and D-I-Y.

I am a contractor interested in pricing or purchasing Emecole Metro’s contractor classified products. What is my next step?

The first step is to request an Contractor Account, which provides 24/7 online purchasing capabilities, with contractor pricing, via, our contractor exclusive website. Signing up is free and only takes a couple of minutes. Once your status as a contractor has been verified, you will receive your unique login credentials that give you full access to

When will my order ship?

We provide same day shipping for in stock orders placed before 2 p.m. CST. Express shipping is also available.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary on each order. You can obtain an accurate shipping estimate after adding items to your cart on the checkout page (via for D-I-Y products or for contractor exclusive products).

We have successfully negotiated excellent shipping rates and times with some of the world’s largest transportation companies. Whether it is a small package or a truckload, around the corner or around the world, we will get you the products you need quickly and affordably.

How long will it take for me to receive my order after purchasing?

Being centrally located in the U.S. within the Chicagoland area, we are able to offer fast standard shipping times.  Our delivery times are less than three days to most of the country, with two day delivery to most of the East Coast and one day delivery to most of the Midwest.  We also have express shipping options available for an additional charge.

Customers will also receive tracking numbers after purchasing so that they may track their shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

What is your return policy?

Orders may be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All materials must be in brand new condition and all orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping charges and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be approved by an Emecole Metro customer service representative and have a RMA number. Please call 815-372-2493 to request a RMA number.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we do ship to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties upon delivery.

I am a homeowner. Are there any contractors that you can refer me to who use Emecole Metro products?

Is Emecole Metro associated with Metropolitan Industries, Inc. or Ion Technologies?

Yes. Our company was acquired by Metropolitan Industries in September, 2016 and is now our parent company.

Ion Technologies is a division of Metropolitan Industries. Ion Technologies manufactures and develops a complete line of residential sump pumps, backup systems and a variety of sump pump control accessories. The Ion Technologies line of basement flood protection products are offered to contractors through Emecole Metro.
