The 450 GSM unidirectional Titan Carbon Fiber Fabric is made of tightly woven parallel strands capable of forming multiple bonds. When saturated with Titan Crack & Mortar Filler and Titan Epoxy Saturant, each strap becomes permanently fused. The resulting fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) laminate is stretch-resistant and will not allow movement to the wall or cracks.

Understanding Typical Wall Bowing & Possible Ramifications

Wall structures subject to persistent stress or movement weaken over time and may eventually bow or bulge inward – generally from the top in poured applications or from the center in block. The sinking of a foundation or lateral pressure from soil expansion are typical causes of bowed foundations in basements and crawl spaces.

Early problem signs include diagonal and horizontal cracks that continue to widen over time, often exceeding 1/8-inch widths (unlike non-structural shrinkage cracks which are more likely to maintain hairline widths).
