User Friendly Starter Kits
Equipped with the needed crack injection materials and accessories for a successful repair. Ideal for any contractor new to the low pressure crack injection.
Our kits are available in multiple sizes to accommodate small or large repairs with the choice of polyurethane or epoxy injection material.
Basement wall cracks can range from minor, non-structural cracks caused by concrete shrinkage to structural cracks resulting from foundation movement. While non-structural cracks are typically vertical and thin, they can still allow water and soil gases to enter the basement. Structural cracks often grow over time and may appear horizontal, diagonal, or stair-stepped, requiring a stronger repair solution.
For non-structural cracks, polyurethane crack injection kits are recommended. Polyurethane expands after injection, allowing it to completely fill the crack and create a flexible, watertight seal that prevents future leaks.
For structural cracks, epoxy crack injection kits provide a high-strength repair by bonding the concrete back together—often restoring or exceeding the wall’s original strength. In cases where foundation movement is ongoing, carbon fiber grid reinforcement systems can be added. When used with epoxy injection, carbon fiber grids reinforce the repaired area and help prevent future cracking.
